Spider-man Vs. The Kingpin (usa, Europe) Game

Man, this one takes me back. You start off swinging through New York as Spider-Man, and right away you can tell this was ambitious for a Master System game—the city actually feels big, with alleys to zip through and rooftops to perch on. Kingpin’s goons are everywhere, popping out of sewers or hiding in warehouses, and you’ve got to web-sling past them or just punch your way through.
The levels get pretty wild—one minute you’re chasing a helicopter across the skyline, the next you’re crawling through underground bases full of traps. The controls take a second to get used to (that wall-climbing can be janky), but once you get the rhythm down, it’s satisfying as hell to thwipt your way across the screen. Just watch out for those random sewer pipes—falling in feels like a cheap shot every time.
For an 8-bit Spidey game, it nails the feeling of being the web-head better than most.
