Spider-Man: Mysterio’s Menace on the GBA is one of those classic side-scrolling beat 'em ups where you swing through New York, punch thugs, and take on villains like Rhino and Vulture. The controls are simple—web-swinging feels a little stiff at first, but you get used to it.
Mysterio’s illusions actually mess with you—one second you’re fighting goons, the next the screen glitches out and enemies teleport around. It’s not the deepest Spider-Man game, but for a GBA title, it’s got enough web-slinging action to keep you busy. The boss fights are the highlight, especially when Mysterio pulls his usual mind games.
If you’re into old-school Spidey games, this one’s a solid pick.
