Sonic Blast Man Game

Ever punched something so hard you wished it would just explode? That’s basically Sonic Blast Man in a nutshell. This weird little SNES gem has you smashing through walls, cars, and even tanks with your bare fists—like some kind of over-caffeinated superhero. The controls are simple (mash buttons, watch stuff break), but there’s something weirdly satisfying about seeing how much destruction you can cause before the timer runs out.
Fair warning: the main game’s fun, but the real challenge is the infamous punch meter mini-game. You’ve got one shot to hit the machine as hard as possible, and good luck hitting anything above "pathetic" on your first try. It’s the kind of thing that makes you lean into the screen like extra body weight will help. Spoiler: it won’t.
Definitely more of a "play for 15 minutes with friends while yelling" kind of game than a deep solo experience. If you’ve got a SNES and a grudge against inanimate objects, give it a whirl.
