So, Smurfs Nightmare on Game Boy Color—yeah, it's exactly what it sounds like. You're basically running around as a Smurf (Papa, I think?) trying to wake up the others who are stuck in some weird dream world. The levels are these trippy, colorful mazes with vines, mushrooms, and the occasional nightmare monster chasing you. Not gonna lie, the controls are a little stiff, but once you get used to it, hopping between platforms isn’t too bad.
First few minutes? You’re dodging bats, collecting stars (because of course you are), and figuring out which paths actually lead somewhere. The music’s got that classic GBC chirpiness, which kinda makes the whole nightmare thing feel less scary and more… Smurfy. If you’re into old-school platformers with a weirdly cute horror twist, this one’s a neat little time-waster.
