Shooting Gallery (usa, Europe) Game

Shooting Gallery is one of those classic Sega Master System light gun games that feels simple at first—just point and shoot at targets popping up on screen—but gets surprisingly intense when the speed picks up. The targets are a mix of clay pigeons, cans, and other carnival-style objects, and the accuracy actually matters, which is rare for these old-school shooters. I remember the duck hunt-style stages being weirdly satisfying when you nail a perfect streak.
It’s definitely a product of its time—no fancy mechanics, just you, the phaser, and a whole lot of trigger mashing. The US version has slightly different timing than the European one, so if you’ve played both, you’ll notice the difference. Not the deepest game out there, but if you’ve got a CRT and the original hardware, it’s a solid way to kill 20 minutes.
