About Scooby-doo
I remember playing the 2002 Scooby-Doo game on my Game Boy Advance, a title published by THQ. It came out during a time when licensed platformers were common on the handheld, and this one fit right in with that trend. You control Shaggy and Scooby, who are trying to solve a mystery after the rest of the gang gets captured.
You move through levels screen by screen, jumping on platforms and avoiding various monsters. The main goal is to find keys and items to progress, while also collecting Scooby Snacks for extra lives. A signature mechanic is using Shaggy's sneeze, triggered by pepper, to defeat certain enemies or activate switches. The game can be challenging, with some precise jumps required and enemies that respawn quickly. It feels like a straightforward, sometimes tricky, run through haunted locations.
