Okay, so this is the GBA version of Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase—basically a side-scroller where you run through levels based on the movie. It’s got that classic cartoon vibe, with Shaggy and Scooby munching on snacks while dodging ghosts and robots. The sprites are surprisingly decent for a handheld game, though some of the jumps feel a little stiff at first.
You switch between characters (Fred, Velma, Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby), each with their own little quirks—like Scooby can double jump, which saves you from some annoying pitfalls. The levels get weirdly creative too, like one where you’re inside a pinball machine bouncing around. Not gonna lie, the controls take a minute to get used to, but once you do, it’s a solid little time-waster if you’re into retro licensed games. Also, yeah, it’s the first Scooby-Doo game on a handheld, which is kinda neat for trivia night.
