Samurai Kid (japan) Game

Samurai Kid is one of those classic Game Boy Color action-platformers that feels simple at first—until you realize how tight the controls are. You play as this little samurai dude slicing through waves of enemies, and the pixel art actually holds up pretty well. The first level throws you right into bamboo forests with ninjas popping out everywhere, and the music has that classic chiptune energy.
It’s not super deep, but the combat has a nice rhythm—timing your slashes right keeps you from getting overwhelmed. I remember getting stuck on the third boss for way too long as a kid. Works great on emulators if you’re into retro stuff.
