Sabrina: The Teenage Witch: Potion Commotion came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, developed by Nelvana Limited. It was part of that wave of licensed games that tried to capture the feel of the TV show on a handheld screen. You don't see many people talking about it now, but back then it was just another colorful title on the shelf next to the platformers and RPGs.

You play as Sabrina Spellman, moving her through a series of side scrolling levels. The main goal is to gather ingredients for magical potions, which you then use to solve puzzles and defeat enemies. A lot of the game involves jumping between platforms and using a basic magic attack to clear obstacles. You also collect specific items to complete each potion recipe, which acts as the key to progressing to the next area. The pacing is fairly straightforward, though some jumps can be tricky to line up. It feels like a simple, light adventure that doesn't ask too much of you.
