Remember that episode of Rugrats where they imagine being dinosaurs? This whole game feels like that, but cranked up to eleven. You start off in Tommy’s playpen (classic), then suddenly—boom—time portal. Next thing you know, you’re chucking rocks at cavemen with Chuckie or trying not to freak out in some weird future with robot Reptar.
The pixel art actually holds up pretty well—those chunky GBC colors make the babies look even more ridiculous bouncing between time periods. Some of the puzzles are surprisingly clever, like using Angelica’s tantrum to scare off a T-Rex (which, honestly, tracks). Just don’t expect anything too deep—it’s basically a love letter to the show’s chaotic energy. If you ever wanted to see Phil and Lil argue with a Renaissance painter, this is your chance.
