About Rockman Exe 4 : Tournament Blue Moon

Rockman EXE 4: Tournament Blue Moon came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2004, developed by Capcom. It was part of the later wave of GBA titles, arriving when the library was already rich with RPGs and action games. This version, Blue Moon, was released alongside a counterpart, Red Sun, each with its own set of exclusive NetNavis and chips.

You control Lan and his NetNavi, MegaMan, navigating both the real world and the cybernetic Net. The main goal is to win a global NetBattling tournament, which involves progressing through a series of ranked matches. The core loop splits between screen by screen exploration in the real world to find clues and talk to people, and diving into the Net for combat. Battles use a real time grid system where you select Battle Chips from a custom folder to attack, summon allies, or alter the terrain. The game introduces the Double Soul system, letting MegaMan temporarily fuse with other Navis to gain unique abilities. The pacing is structured around tournament brackets, with difficulty spikes that require refining your chip folder and strategies. Playing it feels like managing two interconnected worlds at once, where a wrong move in a battle can force you to rethink your entire approach.
