About Renegade (europe)
Renegade was released for the Sega Master System by Taito, a port of their earlier arcade game. On a system with a lot of platformers and shooters, this one stood out for its direct, close quarters combat.
You control a lone fighter navigating a city, clearing each screen of gang members before you can proceed. The main objective is to survive a series of these confrontations, leading to a boss fight.
