About Razor Freestyle Scooter (u)(lightforce)
Razor Freestyle Scooter came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, developed by Shaba Games. It was part of that wave of early 2000s games trying to capture the feel of extreme sports on a handheld. You controlled a kid on a scooter, and the main goal was to get through each level, performing tricks to build up your score and beat the target before time ran out.
You navigate through different urban environments, grinding on rails, jumping off ramps, and pulling off moves like tailwhips and bar spins. The game is structured level by level, and you have to chain tricks together to keep your multiplier going. The pacing is pretty fast, and it can get difficult when you miss a landing and lose all your momentum. It feels like a constant scramble to keep your combo alive and beat the clock.
