Rampage: World Tour came out for the Game Boy Color in 1999, published by Midway Games. It was part of that wave of arcade ports trying to fit a big screen experience into a pocket system. You got the core idea of the coin op original, just scaled down for the small screen and limited buttons.

You control one of three giant monsters, like George the gorilla or Lizzie the lizard, and your goal is simple: smash every city you visit. You move from one screen to the next, climbing buildings and punching them until they crumble into dust. You eat people who flee from the wreckage to regain health, and you constantly fend off attacks from military helicopters and tanks. The game is repetitive by design, but the constant destruction and the challenge of managing your health bar before the timer runs out keep you engaged. It feels like a straightforward, cathartic power trip where you are the unstoppable disaster.
