Putt & Putter Game

Putt & Putter on the Sega Master System is one of those old-school golf games that somehow nails the zen of putting without overcomplicating things. You’ve got these clean, colorful greens—nothing fancy, just straightforward holes with sneaky slopes and wind that’ll mess with your ball if you’re not careful.
The controls are dead simple: adjust your angle, pick your power, and pray. At first, you’ll think it’s too easy, then suddenly you’re three strokes deep on a par-3 because the game’s physics actually matter. The courses get trickier as you go, and there’s something weirdly satisfying about finally nailing that long putt after a few frustrating attempts.
It’s not flashy, but it’s got that “just one more try” pull. Perfect for when you want a quick round without the realism of modern golf sims. Still holds up better than you’d expect for an 8-bit golf game.
