Pro Darts Game

Pro Darts on Game Boy Color is one of those weirdly satisfying little sports games that shouldn’t work as well as it does. You’ve got this tiny screen, chunky pixels, and yet somehow, flicking those digital darts at the board feels weirdly accurate. The controls are dead simple—just line up your shot with the D-pad and press A to throw—but nailing a triple 20 takes way more focus than you’d think.
At first, I kept overshooting because the timing’s a bit touchy, but after a few rounds, you start getting a feel for it. There’s something oddly zen about trying to hit perfect scores while the tinny GBC soundtrack loops in the background. It’s not flashy, but if you’ve ever wanted to practice darts without embarrassing yourself in front of actual people, this’ll do the trick.
Just don’t blame me when you accidentally chuck a dart straight into the 1 segment for the third time in a row.
