About Popeye - Rush For Spinach (u)(endless Piracy)
Popeye: Rush for Spinach is a Game Boy Advance title from 0. I don't recall the developer, but it was a platformer that came out during a time when the GBA library was full of licensed games based on cartoons. It fits right into that era of straightforward, side scrolling adventures.
You control Popeye through a series of single screen levels.
