Pokémon White 2, but with a couple of key fixes—this patched version smooths out the wonky EXP scaling from the original, so grinding doesn’t feel like a chore. You still start in Aspertia City, picking your first Pokémon (I always go with Oshawott, but Tepig’s fire moves wreck early-game bugs). The Unova region’s packed with new areas this time, like Virbank City’s industrial vibe and the weirdly fun Pokéstar Studios side quests.
Battles feel snappier than in Black and White, and the expanded Pokédex means you’ll run into way more familiar faces early on. The story’s a direct sequel, so Team Plasma’s back with their usual nonsense, but it’s got enough twists to keep it fresh if you played the first one. Honestly, this is the best way to play White 2—no weird level spikes, just solid Pokémon action.
