Pitfall - The Lost Expedition on GBA is basically Indiana Jones meets jungle chaos. You're swinging on vines, dodging traps, and occasionally getting wrecked by jaguars—classic Pitfall stuff, but with way better graphics than the old Atari days.
The controls feel a little stiff at first (that GBA D-pad life), but once you get used to the rhythm of jumping over pits and smacking enemies with your whip, it's weirdly satisfying. Some of the platforming bits will make you swear out loud, but in that "one more try" way.
Honestly, the chameleon gimmick in this version is kinda neat—lets you sneak past enemies instead of fighting everything. I kept forgetting to use it at first, though.
If you're into retro platformers that don't hold your hand, this one's a solid time-waster.
