PGA Tour Golf on the Sega Master System is one of those early golf sims that somehow nails the basics despite the hardware limits. You’ve got a simple overhead view when lining up shots, then it switches to this satisfying side-scrolling arcade-style swing meter—timing it right feels way better than it should for a 1990 game. The courses are basic but surprisingly playable, and there’s just enough club selection and wind physics to keep you from brute-forcing every hole.
