One Piece Dragon Dream is this weird little GBA beat 'em up that never made it outside Japan—so yeah, no English here. You pick from a handful of One Piece characters (Luffy, Zoro, etc.) and just brawl through waves of enemies in that classic side-scrolling style. The sprites are chunky and colorful, and the moves feel satisfyingly punchy, even if the controls are a bit stiff by today's standards.
First time I played, I mashed buttons expecting combos, but it's more about timing your heavy hits—Zoro's sword slashes have this nice weight to them. The stages are short, and there's some goofy charm in the enemy designs, like these fishmen that flop around. Not deep, but fun for a quick nostalgia trip if you're into old-school brawlers. Just don't expect a masterpiece.
