Naruto: Ninja Council 2 is one of those classic GBA side-scrollers where you jump, slash, and throw kunai as everyone's favorite hyperactive ninja. It's got that chunky 2D sprite charm—Naruto's orange jumpsuit pops against the forest and village backdrops, and the animations actually feel pretty smooth for a handheld game of its time.
You start off running through the Hidden Leaf Village, taking out basic enemies with combos or the occasional shadow clone. The controls are simple, but some of the platforming gets surprisingly tricky later—expect to retry a few jumps when the gaps widen. Boss fights against characters like Zabuza and Haku mix things up with patterns you actually have to learn instead of button-mashing through.
It's not groundbreaking, but if you grew up with the anime, there's something satisfying about seeing those early story beats play out in pixel form.
