Nakayoshi Pet Series 2 - Kawaii Usagi is one of those classic Game Boy Color pet sims where you take care of an absurdly cute rabbit. It’s all in Japanese, but the menus are simple enough—you feed it, play mini-games, and watch its mood change based on how well you’re doing. The pixel art is super charming, especially when the bunny starts hopping around excitedly after you’ve spoiled it enough.
There’s something oddly satisfying about the routine, even if you don’t understand every word. Just be warned: neglect it for too long, and you’ll get the saddest little pixel ears drooping in disapproval. It’s a short, sweet time capsule of late ‘90s virtual pet vibes.
