About Mr. Incredible : Kyouteki Underminer Toujou
Mr. Incredible: Kyouteki Underminer Toujou came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2005, published by THQ. It was part of that wave of licensed games that tried to capture a bit of the film's energy on the small screen. You see a lot of these side-scrolling action platformers from that period, and this one fits right in.
You control Mr. Incredible, moving through levels to stop the Underminer's drilling machines. The main goal is to fight through each stage, punching and throwing enemies, to reach the boss. A couple of mechanics stand out: you can pick up and throw certain objects in the environment, and you have a super strength move to break through specific walls. The game moves at a quick pace, and the difficulty can spike, especially during some of the later platforming sections. It feels like a straightforward brawler where you are just plowing through robots.
