About Mr. Incredible (j)(independent)
Mr. Incredible (J)(Independent) is a Japan-only independent release for the Game Boy Advance from 2004, developed by Heliovisions Productions and published by THQ. It arrived late in the handheld's life, a time when developers were still squeezing new experiences out of the hardware. This places it among the many licensed titles that sought to capitalize on the popularity of the Pixar film.
You control Mr. Incredible himself, navigating through side-scrolling levels inspired by the movie's events. Your main goal is to fight through each stage, defeating Syndrome's robots and other threats to reach the end. Signature mechanics include using his super strength to pummel enemies with combos and lift heavy objects to solve simple environmental puzzles.
