Monopoly on the Game Boy Color—yeah, it's exactly what you'd expect, but with a Japanese twist. Same old property-buying, rent-collecting chaos, just in pixel form. The GBC version keeps it simple, no crazy gimmicks, just you, the AI, and a whole lot of "Do Not Pass Go."
What’s cool is that it actually plays pretty smoothly for a handheld port—no waiting ages for CPU turns like some older versions. And yeah, there are a few house rules tucked in there if you want to speed things up (because let’s be real, Monopoly can drag). Not the flashiest way to play, but if you’re stuck on a train or just feeling nostalgic, it gets the job done.
Just don’t flip the table when the AI lands on your hotel-covered Boardwalk.
