Might and Magic: Clouds of Xeen is a role-playing game released for MS-DOS in 1992. Developed and published by New World Computing, Inc., it is the fourth main entry in the Might and Magic series and a direct sequel to Might and Magic III: Isles of Terra. The game is a first-person dungeon crawler that blends fantasy and science fiction elements, featuring turn-based exploration and combat.

Players control a party of adventurers created at the start of the game. The primary objective is to investigate the troubles on the world of Xeen, where the overseer Crodo has been imprisoned by the villain Lord Xeen. Progression involves exploring towns, wilderness areas, and dungeons from a first-person perspective, interacting with non-player characters to receive quests and gather clues. Key gameplay systems include turn-based combat encounters with monsters and a detailed character development system where party members gain experience, level up, and learn new skills. The game also features an inventory management system with a dedicated section for quest items and an in-game notepad for recording important information and locations.

The game's structure is non-linear, allowing players to explore the world and complete quests in various orders. A notable technical feature is its integration with the subsequent title, Might and Magic V: Darkside of Xeen. When both games are installed on the same system, pyramids found throughout Clouds of Xeen function as teleporters, allowing travel between the two game worlds. This combined experience, titled World of Xeen, introduces additional cross-over quests that span both installations.
