Mickey's Speedway USA on Game Boy Color is basically Mario Kart but with Disney characters—and honestly, it holds up better than you'd expect. You pick Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, or a few others and race through tracks based on U.S. landmarks, like the Golden Gate Bridge or Mount Rushmore. The controls are simple (just accelerate and drift), but some of the later tracks get surprisingly tricky.

What I love is how chaotic it gets when you’re fighting for first place, dodging pies and oil slicks while the other characters shout cheesy one-liners. The graphics pop for a GBC game, too—bright colors, smooth scrolling. It’s not the deepest racer, but it’s got that classic Disney charm. Just don’t let Pete win. That guy’s a sore loser.
