If you're into detective games and love Case Closed, this GBA title is a solid pick. You play as Conan, running around crime scenes, picking up tiny clues, and piecing together what actually went down. The pixel art nails that classic anime look, and the cases feel like episodes straight out of the series—some are straightforward, others make you stop and actually think.
At first, I kept missing key details because I rushed through dialogue, but once I slowed down and started taking notes (yeah, actual pen-and-paper notes), the cases clicked way better. The music’s got that old-school GBA charm too—kinda eerie when you’re sneaking around a suspect’s apartment at night.
It’s not perfect—some translations are a little rough—but if you’re a fan of the series or just like deduction games, it’s a fun way to kill a few hours. Just don’t expect Phoenix Wright-level courtroom drama; this one’s all about the investigation.
