About Mega Man 7
Mega Man 7 came out for the Super Nintendo in 1995, developed and published by Capcom. It was part of the later wave of SNES games, arriving after the console was well established, and it continued the series tradition of robot masters and run and gun action.
You control Mega Man, a blue robot, through side scrolling stages filled with enemies and platforming challenges. Your main goal is to defeat eight robot masters, acquire their special weapons, and then use those weapons to exploit the weaknesses of other bosses in a strategic order. Signature mechanics include exploring stages screen by screen, which often hide items like bolts used to buy upgrades from a shop, and collecting the four parts of a new suit of armor to enhance your abilities.
