Meet the Robinsons on GBA is one of those sneaky-good movie tie-ins—way better than it had any right to be. You play as Wilbur bouncing through these weird little time periods, fixing glitches in the future by platforming through pastel-colored labs and dodging bowler hat guys. The controls feel tight for a GBA game, and some of the gadgets (like the gravity boots) actually make the jumping puzzles fun instead of frustrating.
What surprised me was how much personality they packed into the sprites—the Robinsons all have these exaggerated animations that nail the movie’s goofy energy. The time-travel gimmick keeps things from getting stale too—one minute you’re sneaking through a dinosaur museum, next you’re rewiring some retro-future contraption. It’s short, but the kind of game you finish in a weekend with a dumb grin on your face.
