Meet The Robinsons on GBA is one of those licensed movie games that doesn’t try too hard to reinvent the wheel—you’ve got your basic 3D platforming, some light puzzle-solving, and a whole lot of running around colorful, slightly blocky environments. It’s got that early 2000s charm where everything feels a little janky but in an endearing way.
You play as Wilbur, hopping between time periods, fixing weird little gadgets, and occasionally bumping into characters from the movie. The controls are simple enough—jump, whack robots with your wrench, collect bolts—but some of the camera angles make you wish the GBA had a second stick. Still, if you’re into the movie or just want a chill, no-stakes adventure, it’s not a bad way to kill an afternoon.
Just don’t expect it to blow your mind.
