Remember when Mary-Kate and Ashley were everywhere in the early 2000s? This GBA game totally nails that vibe—it's basically a time capsule of glittery friendship bracelets and butterfly clips. You start by picking which twin to play as (I always went with Ashley for some reason), then jump into this weirdly addictive loop of mini-games and outfit changes.
The fashion stuff is surprisingly detailed for a handheld game—you can mix tops and skirts in ways that would've made 10-year-old me lose her mind. There's also these little mystery missions where you sneak around collecting clues, which sounds simple but gets weirdly intense when you're trying not to get caught by NPCs. The rhythm mini-game with the dance battle? Way harder than it looks.
Honestly, it's cheesy in the best way possible, like playing through an episode of their old TV shows. If you had a Game Boy Advance and a crush on Aaron Carter back in the day, this was basically required playing.
