Madagascar - Operation Penguin is one of those GBA games that’s way more fun than it has any right to be. You’re basically Skipper and the gang, sneaking around the zoo (and later, the wild) pulling off ridiculous missions—like stealing fish, dodging zookeepers, and causing general penguin chaos.

The controls are simple, but the levels get surprisingly tricky. One minute you’re waddling through vents, the next you’re sliding down ropes like some kind of tuxedoed secret agent. And yeah, the graphics are obviously GBA-level, but the animations have this goofy charm that fits the penguins perfectly.

If you’ve ever wanted to live out that scene where they hijack a truck but with more fish-related objectives, this is your game.
