About Lord Of Sword (japan)
Lord of Sword came out for the Sega Master System, developed and published by Sega. It was part of that early wave of action-adventure games on the system, where developers were experimenting with mixing exploration and combat in a single quest.
You control a young warrior named Landau, moving through forests, caves, and castles screen by screen. Your main goal is to gather the eight pieces of a medallion to prove your right to the throne. You use a sword for close combat and can find a bow for attacking enemies from a distance. The game requires careful exploration, as you search each area for hidden passages and necessary items.
