Remember those old Looney Tunes cartoons where characters would just go absolutely nuts? This is that, but with tiny race cars. You pick Bugs, Daffy, or one of the other usual suspects, and suddenly you're drifting around tracks that look like they were ripped straight from the cartoon backgrounds—think Acme factories, desert canyons, the works.
The power-ups are exactly as chaotic as you'd expect. One minute you're dropping anvils behind you, the next you're getting hit with a giant mallet that sends you spinning. The controls take a second to get used to—turns out cartoon physics don't always translate perfectly to racing—but once it clicks, you'll be laughing at how ridiculous some of the crashes look.
It's not the deepest racer out there, but for a Game Boy Color game, it nails the Looney Tunes vibe. Just don't expect to take it too seriously when Wile E. Coyote blows himself up halfway through the race.
