Man, this one takes me back. Looney Tunes on GBC is exactly what you'd expect—total cartoon chaos in your hands. You start off as Bugs Bunny hopping through these bright, chunky levels that look straight out of the old shorts, dodging Elmer Fudd's terrible aim or outrunning Taz's spin attack. The sprites are surprisingly expressive for a Game Boy Color game—Daffy's over-the-top reactions when you mess up are hilarious.
It's not just running and jumping either. Some stages have you switching between characters, like playing as Tweety to sneak past Sylvester or controlling Marvin the Martian to zap stuff with his ray gun. The controls are simple, but some of those later levels get sneaky hard—I remember getting stuck on a Wile E. Coyote trap sequence for way too long as a kid.
If you grew up watching these cartoons, the little details will hit you right in the nostalgia. The music nails those classic Looney Tunes riffs, and every character moves exactly how they should. It's a solid pick-up-and-play platformer that doesn't overstay its welcome.
