Your main goal is to survive these areas, fighting off hyenas and other creatures. The gameplay involves a lot of jumping across platforms and using a simple claw swipe to attack enemies. You also encounter sections where you ride ostriches or scramble up waterfalls, which breaks up the standard running and jumping. The game can be quite difficult, with some precise platforming required, and the health system is unforgiving if you miss a jump or take too many hits. It feels like a straightforward challenge from that era, where persistence was the key to seeing the next stage.
