I remember picking up Lilo & Stitch for the Game Boy Advance back in 2002. It was published by Disney Interactive Studios, which put out a lot of licensed games for the system during that era. This one was a side scrolling platformer that felt right at home on the GBA, a console filled with colorful action games based on cartoons and movies.

You control Stitch, the chaotic little experiment, across various levels set in Hawaii and alien environments. The main goal is to rescue Lilo, who has been captured. You run, jump, and climb through stages, using Stitch's abilities to defeat enemies. His primary attack is a rapid slap, but he can also pick up and throw objects, or perform a spinning lunge to cover more distance. The game is structured screen by screen, with some light exploration to find hidden collectibles like puzzle pieces. The pacing is fairly quick, though some sections can be tricky with precise platforming required. It feels like a straightforward, energetic romp through the movie's world.
