Legendz - Sign Of Nekuromu (j)(supplex) Game

Legendz - Sign of Nekuromu is one of those weird, kinda niche GBA RPGs that flew under the radar back in the day. You start off summoning these little monster buddies (the "Legendz") to fight for you, and the whole vibe feels like a mix between Pokémon and a dungeon crawler—except your team’s made up of these chunky, toy-like creatures.
The battles are turn-based but with a weirdly satisfying rhythm to them. At first, I wasn’t sure if the mechanics would click, but after a few fights, you start figuring out which Legendz work best together. Some of the designs are goofy as hell, but that’s part of the charm.
It’s Japanese-only, so unless you’re fluent, you’ll be guessing through menus a bit. Still, if you’re into obscure GBA RPGs with a monster-collecting twist, it’s a neat little time capsule. Just don’t expect a polished modern experience—this one’s all about that early 2000s jank.
