Legends of Wrestling II on GBA is basically a time machine for wrestling fans—you get all the big names from the 80s and 90s crammed into one pixelated ring. Hogan, Austin, Bret Hart… it’s like someone threw a wrestling history book into a blender. The moves are ridiculous in the best way—expect a lot of elbow drops from the top rope and dramatic slow-mo finishers.
At first, the controls feel a little stiff (this is a GBA game), but after a match or two, you start pulling off combos like it’s second nature. The career mode’s got that classic "start as a nobody, end as a champ" grind, and multiplayer’s where it really shines—nothing like suplexing your little brother into oblivion. Just don’t expect deep strategy; it’s all about the spectacle.
If you miss the days when wrestling was more spandex than scripted drama, this one’s a solid throwback.
