Okay, so Tomb Raider Legend on the GBA is actually way better than you'd expect for a handheld version. Lara’s globe-trotting for some ancient artifact—Peru, Japan, Ghana—and yeah, it’s scaled down, but the platforming feels surprisingly tight. You’re still shimmying along ledges, solving little puzzles, and shooting stuff with her dual pistols (though the controls take a minute to get used to).
Fun fact: This was Crystal Dynamics’ first crack at Tomb Raider after Core Design stepped away, and you can tell they wanted to win fans back. It’s not as deep as the console version, but for a GBA game? Solid effort. Just don’t expect the graphics to blow you away.
