Play La Gang Del Bosco (i)(independent) Online

I picked up La Gang del Bosco on the Game Boy Advance a while back; it was an independent release from 2000, so it came out right when the system was getting started. You don't see many people talking about it, which is a shame because it has its own feel compared to the bigger platformers of the time.

You control a group of animal characters, switching between them to use their unique abilities as you explore the forest. The main goal is to rescue your kidnapped friends by navigating through a series of interconnected screens, each one a self-contained puzzle or combat challenge. One character might be able to climb vines to reach high ledges, while another can dig through soft dirt to find hidden passages. You fight enemies with simple melee attacks, and the pacing is deliberate, requiring you to think about which character to use and when. The difficulty can be sharp in spots, especially when you're managing the whole team during a tricky platforming section. It feels like a thoughtful, hands-on adventure where your planning directly pays off.
