About Lego Island : Xtreme Stunts
LEGO Island: Xtreme Stunts came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, developed by Silicon Dreams and published by LEGO Software. It was part of that wave of early 2000s handheld games where developers were experimenting with 3D environments on a 2D screen, trying to capture the blocky charm of the toys in a portable adventure.
You control Pepper Roni, the pizza delivery guy, as he explores the island and completes stunt-based missions to collect CDs. The main goal is to perform tricks on a skateboard, bike, or inline skates across various ramps and obstacles to earn enough points. Signature mechanics include building your own stunt courses with LEGO bricks and switching between different vehicles on the fly to access new areas. The pacing is quick, with some missions requiring precise timing to land combos, which can be tricky. It feels like a lighthearted, physics-driven playground where pulling off a perfect trick run is genuinely satisfying.
