Kiss X Kiss Seirei Gakuen Game

Okay, so Kiss X Kiss Seirei Gakuen is one of those GBA hidden gems that never made it West—which is a shame, because it’s got this weirdly cozy vibe. You start off as a transfer student at this spirit academy where, surprise, everyone’s got some kind of supernatural quirk. The writing’s a little cheesy (expect a lot of blushing and dramatic pauses), but the character designs are charming in that early 2000s anime way.
Gameplay’s mostly visual novel with light puzzle bits—you’ll be picking dialogue choices, solving minor school mysteries, and yeah, flirting with classmates. The romance routes aren’t super deep, but there’s a fun randomness to events, like suddenly getting dragged into a ghost-hunting session or a baking contest gone wrong. Pro tip: save often. Some choices lock you out of routes way earlier than you’d think.
It’s not gonna blow your mind, but if you’re into retro dating sims with a side of supernatural fluff, it’s a solid play. Just don’t expect Shakespeare.
