About Kim Possible : Revenge Of Monkey Fist
I picked up Kim Possible: Revenge of Monkey Fist for the Game Boy Advance back in 2002. It was developed by Avalanche Software, and it fit right in with the other action platformers of that era on the handheld. The game follows the show's plot, sending you on a global mission to stop the villainous Monkey Fist.
You control Kim Possible, navigating through levels screen by screen. Your main goal is to fight off henchmen and solve environmental puzzles to progress. The gameplay involves a lot of jumping across platforms and using a basic combat system of punches and kicks. You also get to use Kim's signature grappling hook in some sections to swing over gaps. The pacing is fairly straightforward, though some enemy patterns require quick timing. It feels like a solid, if uncomplicated, adaptation of the cartoon's adventurous spirit.
