Kaeru B Back was a Japan only Game Boy Advance release, though I don't recall the developer. It came out during that period when the GBA library was full of quirky, experimental titles that never left Japan. This one definitely fits that description.
You control a small frog, navigating through a series of single screen rooms. The main goal is simply to reach the exit in each stage, but the challenge comes from the constant, rapid fire projectiles that fill the screen. Your primary actions are jumping with precision and using a brief, defensive crouch to duck under attacks. The pacing is relentless; there's no time to stop and plan as you dodge streams of bullets and navigate environmental hazards. It feels like a tense, fast paced puzzle where every move has to be calculated instantly.
