Justice League: Injustice For All is one of those GBA beat 'em ups that feels like a Saturday morning cartoon—if that cartoon had Batman dropkicking Lex Luthor into a wall. You pick from the usual DC lineup (Superman, Wonder Woman, etc.), each with their own clunky-but-fun moveset—Flash’s speed punches are weirdly satisfying, even if the controls take some getting used to.
It’s a side-scroller where you punch through waves of goons, occasionally switching heroes mid-fight when the game throws a villain at you who’s immune to, say, Superman’s lasers. The sprites are chunky in that early 2000s handheld way, but there’s charm in seeing Darkseid’s pixelated scowl as he monologues before a boss fight. Not gonna lie, some levels drag with repetitive enemies, but teaming up heroes for combo attacks never gets old. If you’ve got nostalgia for this era of DC games, it’s a solid time-killer.
