Jonny Moseley Mad Trix is one of those early 2000s extreme sports games that somehow made its way to the GBA—and honestly, it’s not half bad. You’re basically pulling off wild ski tricks down mountainsides, flipping and spinning like gravity’s just a suggestion. The controls take a second to get used to (why does pressing up make you crouch?), but once you nail a few combos, it’s weirdly satisfying.
It’s got that janky PS2-era energy crammed into a tiny cartridge—grainy cutscenes of Jonny himself cheering you on, weirdly aggressive announcers yelling about your "sick air," and slopes that feel just a little too narrow for the speed you’re going. If you’re into old-school arcade sports games, this one’s a fun little time capsule.
