I found a prototype of Jimmy Neutron Vs. Jimmy Negatron for the Game Boy Advance, a game that never got an official release. It was developed by Human Soft, the same team behind the other Jimmy Neutron GBA titles. This was during the peak of licensed platformers on the handheld, where you'd often see cartoon characters navigating side scrolling levels.
You control Jimmy Neutron, running and jumping through themed stages like Retroville and space.
